Best customer service anywhere. I had a last minute request to get a rug cleaned before Christmas– and it was one that had been in a “puppy room” — with lots of “accidents”. The job was done promptly for a reasonable price, delivered as promised, and the 20 year old rug looks literally as good as new and smells fresh to boot. I know where to go any time I need a carpet cleaned.

If I was able to give six stars it still wouldn’t be enough. We have two Turkish rugs, brought them in & within 10 days I received rugs with colors I forgot that were in them!! Magic carpet service. Doug can accomplish things to clean and renew your carpets… That are beyond your hopes. Doug, thank you for your work recently!
